Mission

Brookside Community Health Center’s mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive, prevention-oriented primary care services to the medically underserved population of West Contra Costa County, California and to provide these services regardless of race, sex, color, age, national origin, disability, political or religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or the ability of clients to pay for services.

Vision

To form partnerships with public and private organizations, government leaders, community advocates and others with the common goal of providing access to healthcare to those who feel that such access is not, for whatever reason, within their reach.
